About our guest Emilia Piera:

Emilia is a coach and coaching supervisor with extensive experience of coaching and leadership development in public and non-for-profit organisations. Her interests are in leadership psychology, resilience, and social capital.

Emilia is a doctoral candidate researching shared leadership in crisis. She works as a management lecturer in two universities in the UK, and is a chairwoman of a charitable organisation.

As an Organizational Psychologist, Claire has coached workforce as well as designed and implemented performance-related measures including experiential learning programs in various industries. Claire’s leadership roles share one common quality: human development. She is inspired to mindfully deliver meaningful impact on our fellow humans and humanity while enjoying to go beyond what seems possible, as she knows that behaviour influences. Claire has designed a framework philosophy for her practice called “W.E.L.L. in Harmony™“. About our guest Paul Crick:

Paul is the Founder and Managing Partner of his own leadership development consultancy, The Elevate Partnership. He specialises in helping leaders and leadership teams to leaders and teams to harness the skills and ethos of warriorship from the inside out to adapt and thrive in uncertain times. Paul has been a management consultant, coach, educator, facilitator and trainer for over 20 years, working worldwide with Fortune 500 and Times 250 corporations, public sector institutions and voluntary organisations. for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Capgemini and IBM. Paul previously co-led IBM's Global Coaching Community of Practice and helped grow this to over 4,000 coaches across 80 countries. In addition, he served as an Executive Coach in IBM's Professional Coaching Service. He has taught and coached leaders individually and in groups across 22 countries, including C-Level Executives. Sijtze de Roos is based in the Netherlands and studies social movements, deliberative democracy, and media and democracy. He is the former president of ANSE and the Dutch Association of Supervisors and Coaches, editor in chief of the ANSE Journal, well-cited author and an avid speaker on digitalisation and the democratisation of coaching. The single most important thing is my fascination with the brain´s capacity to unlearn, learn, and relearn. I enjoy learning and developing through professional coaching. I support leaders through advanced professional coaching by listening in 50 layers. My approach is based on science and modern research in presence. It is delicate, tailored to meet individuals’ needs. The goal is to have leaders get to know their unknown strengths and hidden capacities. They learn more how to communicate differently inside themselves and with others on a daily basis. My coaching style is deep, creative, playful.
