The Light at The End of The Tunnel
There is a concept of the light at the end of the tunnel being one of Doom & Gloom.
On Trauma Recovery Anonymous, i ask my audience to imagine they are at one end of the tunnel in place of the oncoming train of Doom and Gloom; rather you are waving a blazing torch of Hope back down the tunnel, at your younger self.
