Mrs Litem and I sit around a half decorated tree at the Litem Estate. We reflect on our very last second decision to make a break for Universal Studios with the kids to spend Thanksgiving at USF at an off property hotel as well as the tree lighting ceremony at Cabana Bay Resort.
