Sometimes you feel like you can touch the sky, others it feels like you got punched in the face. Either way, through it all, God is with you. He has felt every emotion you have. He's with you in your highest and your lowest... it's ok to not be ok sometimes. We are human. God never promises a perfect trouble-free life, but He does promise to be with you through it all. You are not alone.
