If you don't have a person to delegate to, delegate to a system instead.In this episode, I'm sharing three lightbulb moments from client work this week about removing barriers to efficiency, protecting strategic time, and understanding why some roles feel exhausting despite your capability.We're exploring:→ Delegate to a person or delegate to a system - both are valid (checklists, automation, AI, templates, processes - you're not choosing between doing it yourself or having someone else do it, you're choosing between doing it manually every time or building a system that removes the need for either)→ The meeting gating question that protects your strategic time - before accepting ad-hoc meetings, require two answers: "What's the desired outcome?" and "What specifically do you need from me?" (filters out meetings where you're not actually needed, forces requesters to clarify thinking before booking your time)→ When your personality type doesn't match your exec team - the hidden energy cost (sometimes exhaustion isn't about capability, it's about the constant energy cost of operating against your personality type in a mismatched team culture)If they can't answer those questions, they're not ready for the meeting yet.Before you go, ask yourself: Which hit home?
