We will look at:
🌸 Nutrition (from a TCM perspective)
🌸 Movement (from a somatic perspective)
🌸 Gentle weight release techniques (including massage, essential oils, and mantras)
🌸 Healing the stress, anxiety, worry, trauma or physical injury that can be underlying the weight retention
Over 20 weeks - 7 weeks coaching, and 3 months follow-on support to help embed all the techniques we go through. You'll learn all the techniques and have lifetime access to all the resources, meaning you can come back to the bits you need time and time again.
