“The frequency of gratitude is one of the highest frequencies that your body can play on.” (00:33)

When you are in pure gratitude you are ultra magnetic to more things that are going to give you the feeling of gratitude. If we want to create a life that is specifically curated of how we want to live we have to get super responsible for our frequency. Everything that we want is because we want to feel a certain feeling. So when you start focusing on the feeling that you want, the universe will start delivering things that will create that feeling.

“Energy matches energy.” (5:43)

Whenever you are holding the vibration of what you want with gratitude and working all of these things together you are holding a vibrational imprint that matches the thing that you want. Incorporate this gratitude frequency on a daily basis. Practice holding that feeling as long as you can do it.

“The only thing that is actually real is this present moment.”

The future is a thought, the past is a thought, and we can change our thoughts. So we can start to manipulate in our favor our perception of the future and our perception of the past. We get to CHOOSE the paradigm that we want to exist in. The problem is that most of us just end up defaulting into what we were taught about life, about time, about money. Use that in your favor. Take the energy and start creating the life you want.


“The inner reality that you hold inside of you - your beliefs, your thoughts, your feelings and what you feel you’re capable of creating is what is manipulating the external reality that you see in front of you.” 

We get to DECIDE what our lives look like and how big the box is that we’re living in. How many times do you catch yourself saying: “I have to do this” or “I can’t afford this.” These statements are what are keeping you small and trapped in your box where you can’t expand into limitless time. Everything in your life is matching you.

“If you don’t like the reality that you’re in check your identity.” 

Are you identifying as a victim to time, money and life? Are you identifying as someone who always plays small and holds back? You have to come into your own. Stop living for other people. The plan that is for your life is the only one that will lead to your total salvation. What I mean by that is that plan is the only one that will lead to your total fulfillment and total happiness. The only plan that works on all levels is the one that you’re meant to be doing.

“When you are constricting in and grasping you’re actually narrowing your capacity to take in abundance energy.” 

If you are limiting your capacity to take in abundance energy you are limiting your capacity for money to come to you. We are always supported by God, Universe, Source. We have our own limitations that we make up in our mind of how we allow it to come in. Open yourself to other avenues of where money can come in to you from.
