What does it mean to feel alive?
I brought these questions to a small group of women in San Diego. And what came back was something true — the kind of honesty that makes you want to lean in.
We explored five questions together:
Solo travel in a foreign city where all your senses ignite. The first time you realize you don't need anyone else to feel whole. A five hour breathwork session that unlocks something words never could. Standing front row at a concert you dreamed about as a teenager and thinking — look, I made it here.
These are the moments where aliveness happens. The moments when you come back to yourself as a living breathing being.
This is Alive. A series about what it means to be human.

Have you ever noticed how much drinking is woven into everyday life — the ads, the television shows, the gold chalice in every hand on Love Is Blind?
In this episode, I get curious about our collective relationship with alcohol and what's underneath it. Not to pass judgment, but to ask a genuine question: what are you actually looking for when you drink? More and more people are waking up to that question. This episode is an invitation to sit with it yourself.
Can you handle unread messages? It sounds like a simple question but it actually says a lot about your nervous system, your boundaries, and how you're navigating life in a digital world that was never designed for the way we're built. In this episode we explore two types of people, what your relationship with your phone might be telling you, and what happens when the override becomes the new normal.

I deleted ChatGPT from my phone. Not forever, but because I noticed something — I was relying on it in a way that started to feel automatic. This episode is a short, honest reflection on AI, intuition, and what it means to be a living breathing human in a world increasingly shaped by machines. Because while AI can be a tool, it is not a replacement for your gut. What's your relationship with it?

In this episode, we’re exploring life force energy - a concept from Somatic Experiencing that describes the aliveness within you. That pulse of energy, passion, or even restlessness you feel. It’s not always anxiety. Sometimes it’s your body waking up to itself.
We get into what life force energy actually is, why it can feel uncomfortable even when it’s a good thing, and what it looks like to contain it without realizing you’re doing it.

In this episode, we're exploring the relationship between social media and mental health — specifically how using pain points as a connection strategy can actually keep people stuck in their suffering.
We also get into the difference between identifying with your symptoms (anxiety, codependency, depression) versus recognizing you're a person experiencing those symptoms. A gentle but important distinction that changes how healing can feel.

Do you ever imagine your boundaries as a physical force around you? For me, it’s usually a clear bubble.
In this episode we explore the possibilities of using imagery when wanting to create a little more protection or distance from others. This one is for the deep feeler who takes on others emotions.

Tired of pushing, efforting, doing more? What would it look like to pause and give yourself a break. Healing is not your purpose. And rest is a healthy part of existence.

If you’ve ever been overwhelmed in an airport - this one’s for you.
What if your irritation is not about being around people, those lights, those sounds but the fact that those external things are louder than you? Recognizing you are overstimulated is power.
