This week Josh and Dru dig deep into Dru's history as a 3rd generation Mohawk Skywalker and the pressure he has experienced trying to live up to the legacy of his family in the trades. As they sit by the fire they discuss the importance of lifting the view of the skilled trades and how not one man can do it alone, but that it is truly a team effort to raise a new generation of skilled tradesmen. Dru reflects on some of his "failures" in his life and accounts them as lessons learned. A failure is only a failure when we refuse to learn a lesson from them.
