Step up to The Line. A new podcast focused on highlighting the skilled trades. This week Joshua and the team of Blackline Institute step up to the line. We know this is thesecond week in a row that we’re dropping a podcast related to Blackline Institute but, this really isn’t about the institute. This podcast is about the men and women that are entering the workforce. The Blackline Institute had its graduation the other week. It wasn’t just the graduation of students but, the graduation of our institute. We were certified by the state of Pennsylvania to be an accredited training program. I sat down with those who have been on our advisory board and invested and worked to make this happen. I had honestconversations with the men and women who have done the work. We talked about the need for skilled workers in the trades. We talked about what it is from the students perspective and what it is from the companies perspective. We talked about putting your money where your mouth is. We’re not giving up. We’re going to continue to lift the view of the skilled trades. We would challenge you to do the same.
