High-school teacher, mum of three and sustainable fashion Instagrammer Norbyah Nolasco joins The Lipstick Gang to chat about her experiences as an educator during the COVID pandemic, growing up as a teacher's kid and the ways in which traditional education are shifting.

She opens up about the challenges and rewards of raising teenagers and the struggle many parents feel with letting go as their children grow up and move away.

An advocate for sustainable living, she delves deep into her passion for thrifting and sustainable fashion, and how she grew an online community that challenges people around the world to create style-looks and fashion trends using only what they can find in their closets ("Show Me Your Closet" on IGTV). Her creative love of upcycling is truly inspiring and inspires us all to take a moment and think about the impact fast fashion and textile waste is having on the earth and the little things we can do to help change that.

Model-photographer, Georgia native and mum of two, Sabrina Sikora joins me to chat about her experiences growing up in the modelling industry, taking part in pageants in the American South, how she transitioned to behind the camera and what she would do if her kids wanted to pursue modelling too. 

Coming from a highly image-conscious industry that wasn't always the most uplifting, Sabrina emphasises the importance of being kind to yourself and shining a light on others to lift them up too. 

After a number of years in Hong Kong and now based in Singapore, Sabrina talks about why she chose to do traditional Chinese confinement after the birth of her children as well as raising kids in the world of social media.
