One of my first impressions of Jessica was how authentic she is and the amazing overflowing of energy she has. In this episode, we are discussing finding those things that replenish us. If replenishment is on one side and depletion is on the other side, where do you find the ability to be in that sweet spot? In the first episode of the season I brought up the idea of the push and the pull, the receiving and the action. While I was in Carefree, AZ my colleagues and I went on a 2.5 hour horseback riding adventure.
