This is a different kind of episode. I have been wanting to talk about mental health for awhile. Braden and I haveo had numerous conversations about this over the last few years so he seemed like the perfect guest to have on to talk about mental health and our personal struggles with depression and anxiety. This was a really personal conversation and I'm still not sure how I feel about putting it out. Anyway, I hope it brings some value to you.

In this episode, I chat with co-owner of Bridge City Fight Shop about what he's learned over the past nearly 7 years about running a business, entrepreneurship and success. We spend the first five minutes or so talking about his Jiu-Jitsu journey and then spend the rest of the podcast on business. I really enjoyed the conversation. I had the privilege of talking to Finn Dowling, a rescue veteran of more than 20 years. She talks about the science behind rescuing an animal and how it's been shown to have positive benefits for both humans and animals alike.
