The story provided me with great peace.
Could be better, but don't overlook this one...
What a marvelous story! I do think a second edition to make it better in presentation is in order. The Introduction should be an Epilogue and belongs right after the story. Otherwise, the introduction gives the whole story away. At first glance, it seems to be written for adults, not children. A child will be interested in the events that sparked the story after they read the story (reading the story first is like smelling bread baking or coffee perking...it provides anticipation). I had to skip over the Intro to get to the story and read the Intro later, which made the whole experience infinitely more interesting. The Dedication should be right after the Title Page as per usual. Also, you should scrap the Chapters and Chapter Title information. Simple chapter books are for the 12+ crowd and rarely need pictures. They aren't meant for the younger child but to help a preteen advance into more classic literature. Redone, it could go from a good book to a GREAT book with appeal to both children and adults as well.
