But if I’m being true to who I feel God has called me to be then I can’t pretend that I’m full and able to pour into others, because right now, I’m feeling empty. But what is so incredible, and not the least bit surprising, is that our God knows that they’re hard, and in His goodness and provision has given us His word to turn to when navigating the complexities of loving others well (because we all have those people who are hard to love). So as we look at the complexities of relationships, let us look at them, as best we can, from a Christ-centered perspective.

July 28, 2021 3. His Never-Changing, Always & Forever Love
When you look back on the hard times in your life, what do you see? Do you only see the darkness and the pain? Do you only see how hard it was for you in those moments? Or do you also see Gods hand at work in your life? Because friend, you can see both. It's not one or the other. You can see your pain and the hand of God at work simultaneously, because He uses our pain for HIS purpose. When you look back and see Him there, you can rest assured that He is also with you now, and that He will be forevermore. Why? Because "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8).

Letting go of Social Media goes against the grain. It’s not the common option. But as followers of Jesus Christ we are called to go where He asks us to without hesitation. No. It’s not always easy. In fact, it took me three years to listen to Him and let go of social media. But I did. And I am so thankful that I chose to listen to His voice above the noise of the world and the lies of the enemy telling me to stay.
