Death is certainly a source of discouragement, especially when it's someone we love or someone who was taken too soon. But there's something to be encouraged about here – you know that if that person knew and followed Jesus, you'll see them again! Pastor Danny reminds you in today's message that there's great hope beyond this life! There's so much to look forward to when one day you meet your Savior face to face! Your loved ones will be waiting for you, and you'll spend eternity together in Jesus presence!

Defeat brings with it discouragement, and discouragement can make you not want to try again. In today's message, Pastor Danny will encourage you instead! He'll remind you that encouraging one another is loving and necessary, especially in the body of Christ! Satan uses disappointment to pull people away from their loving and worthwhile Savior, so remind your brothers and sisters in Christ, your fellow warriors for the Kingdom, that they are loved and cherished and part of Jesus victory!

As hard as you might look in Scripture, you won’t find any of Jesus’ followers growing rich and successful because of their faith in Him – at least not in their earthly existence. As Pastor Danny reminds us in today’s message, your calling is not to a comfortable life, but the opposite. You have been called to the life of a servant. To sacrifice what you want for the sake of spreading the Gospel. Your hope doesn’t lie in the rewards of this life, but in the reward of standing before a proud Father in eternity.
