Do your children ever act in such a way that you look at them and wonder whose child they are?

Like seriously, who raised them and what happened to everything you taught them?

Now, does our Heavenly Father wonder the same thing about us?

On today's episode,  join me as I take some time to meditate and pray on this.

Are you talking just to talk or are you communicating?

Fulfilling relationships happen through great communication.

I've messed this area up so badly so many times and have learned a few

things along the way to improve communication through the 

proper listening and responding.

In reality, how many of us truly love ourselves or even know what that means?

And in turn, can we love others?

As you hear this podcast, I want you to ask yourself:  Am I "Loving Me?"

and

"What do my words and action reveal about the love I have for myself?"

So with this Monday Meditation, we are leaning

into God's Presence where we find rest!

“But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Have you defined who you are based on one season in your life? 

Have you allowed others to see you through the lens of that season and that season alone? 

No matter how traumatic or how difficult certain times in our lives can be, we have to be careful to make sure it doesn't become ALL we are.
