Who are You? What's your purpose? As a Man, we should be constantly searching for these answers. Never should we be comfortable or complacent in life. We should always be striving to get better!!! So let's ignite that fire that is buried deep in us and become the best versions of ourselves!!!

I've missed talking with you guys and wanted to give a brief upload for the new year! Next week is the official start of Season 2!

This song is complete garbage and it's a shame that the people behind the song/video think so little of us as black men to put this trash out. The song was created to incentivize black men to vote. It has failed miserably. Let's discuss why this isn't a good look for us as a whole. Let's lock in!!!! 

I wanted to share my thoughts with you all today. It's been a while and a lot has been on my mind. I wanted to give a little piece of the things I think about. Masculinity is needed in society and if things don't start to get on track we may be in serious trouble.

Often times we jam ourselves up simply because we fail to use our ability to say no. We have a choice in every matter we are faced with. Learning how to say no will protect you from unwanted situations that may be unfavorable to the things you are trying to accomplish. Just having the ability to say no is not enough though. You must be willing and able to stand by your decision. Let's talk about it! Are you locked in?

"Frustration is the feeling of being upset or annoyed, especially because of inability to change or achieve something." 

Frustration is born out of the inability to solve a problem. Sometimes we struggle to solve a problem because our perception of the problem is a little off. Attacking a problem head-on isn't always the way to go. A detour must sometimes be taken. It's possible to use that frustration to your advantage. It offers you the chance to reset your mind and attack the problem differently. Frustration is there to tell you that something is off and I need to fix this a different way.

Leadership has a cost. It's not enough to just want to be a leader. You have to learn what it takes to carry the mantle. There are skills that you have to learn from someone who is an effective leader. True effective leaders are grown. They just don't happen overnight. Let's talk about it.

A lack of self-control can be detrimental to any man striving to be great in life. It is very important to have this area in order. Many of life's failures can be traced back to a lack of self-control in some areas of a person's life. We need to do the necessary work to change bad habits and avoid these pitfalls. A man who can control himself becomes dangerous and acquires the ability to subdue his goals. Let's talk about it!  

A car can't go anywhere without a key and some gas!!!! Are you ready to get to the next area in life? Well, ambition and drive are essential if you are trying to get to the next level.
