Loneliness can be hard to navigate because there are many triggers for it. New seasons of life, new responsibilities, and new circumstances all have the potential to make us feel invisible or insignificant by uprooting what used to be familiar and comfortable. At its core, loneliness is a deep yearning to be seen, known, and loved - things that I believe every human wants.
In this episode, I discuss practical and biblical perspectives on loneliness. Our lonely seasons do not have to be in vain, and in fact, I believe that those are the seasons in which God can do the greatest transformations inside of us.
