#18 FEAR IS A FOE FRIEND REMEMBER?
We cannot be creative and have abundance of energy and light when we are fearful.
Creativity and passion are shutting down - and is that what we are longing for? Is that what we need and thrives from?  

My son from the afterlife came back and opened my mind, my spirituality, changing my understanding of reality and how the world is put together…
I am just here to inspire and to wake you up to a better reality so YOU can thrive and grow. Letting the fear as a foe friend go away and let creativity and passion back to your life.

#17 HOW DOES FEAR NOT HAVE TO DOMINATE OUR LIVES?

I use my paranormal experiences in combination with the subject of the episode,- to inspire you to sense and hear that there is much more to life than the eye can see…  
The subject of this episode is ‘FEAR’.

Who wants to be in a constant state of stress? Walk with fear every day? Being a victim of life?  

As I am channeling to an audience – being a physic medium – I become this strong man who dies from his wife and son, who is sitting in front of me. A message from the afterlife can change our perspectives and understandings, that do not serve us good. The meeting between this little family shows us that we are all connected.  

It’s an important message to the listener who is waking up and who is ready to sense into the communication with the spirit world and learn as to be inspired.  

Also, the message portrays that we are not alone! Your loved ones are around you and the man from the afterlife proves it.

#16 THE DROWNING YOUNG MAN DIES AND INSPIRES US FROM THE AFTERLIFE.

This episode is again about the afterworld and our deceased loved ones. They have an urgent message to us again. The dead young man in my dance studio proved it by coming back.

As I am standing up to channel, in front of a crowd of people, I become a young, deceased man who drowned in an accident.
The story in this episode has an important inspiration and message to all of us.

It’s an important message to the listener who is waking up and who is ready to sense into the communication with the spirit world.

#15 THE SPIRITS ARE AROUND YOU 24/7  

Making a podcast without a script and only from intuition, opens up for a true inspiration in the moment – opens up for things to happen in the closet, where the episodes are made from… And I was in for a big surprise when I did this episode. My deceased son came. That was not my plan.  

We are sentient beings and after our lifetime on earth we are naturally drawn to the source of light again. But we have a choice to stay around and to visit our loved ones from only a thought away. The deceased people are not gone. They are not gone when dead. They are only a thought away being light beings as we all are! They are here from the bond of love.  

In this episode I again mix my life experience with the paranormal. I am also being VERY VULNERABLE talking about the deceased people. I have no filter and doing this podcast I only want to be visible and authentic. No filter. No fear of being judged – so I show my true colors. And that threw me off for a little moment in the recording.  

This episode is dedicated to our missed loved ones in the afterlife. Only to inspire you and to let YOU understand that our loved ones in the afterlife ARE around us all the time.

#14 WHAT CAN A HAUNTED HOUSE TEACH US?

In this episode I must talk about us as powerful human beings (queers etc.) again – as vibrations incarnated as a human being walking this earth.
How can we protect ourselves from dark energy and from energy that does not empower us or teach us anything?

Energy can come in different forms and shapes, and we do get what we expect. The ‘haunted’ houses are not haunted – but what is then going on and why haven’t we been taught how to sense and know energy. How to discern?  

Our loved ones can communicate. They can teach us how to live and to learn to know the different energies, that makes us ‘feel’ and ‘experience’ a haunted house. It’s NOT what you probably have been shown on TV or read in the books… It’s a totally different truth.  

It’s time to wake up and feel our powers and to learn how to know what a haunted (energy imprint from the past) house is, or how to sense an intelligent living being from the afterlife, another realm and other dimension… We need to learn and know the difference, so we can protect ourselves and really know what going on etc.  

I am telling you this to empower you and to inspire you to sit with yourself and to sit in the power and learn for yourself as the powerful and magnificent creature, you are!

#13 THE SPIRIT WORLD BORROWED MY FAVORITE GOLDEN SHOES

The divine number 13. This episode is very important as it is made in the divine feminine energy.

Letting go in love and not in lack. Not being a victim but to be conscious. Love truely moves through time and space.

This episode is about lack and how to remove living in lack so we can manifest our new and better reality as the divine beings/ women we are. Nothing less!  

The story about the golden shoes taken away from this reality to manifest again weeks later from the spirit world – woke me up to view life in a broader spectrum and to let go of a fixation and limitation. The spirit world knows us better, and knows what we need and can do, in contact with our higher self.  
We are the creators of our own life… if we dare to let go of fear and remember to let go of people and false belief systems in love. It’s all about love and it is time to wake up right?

#12 NIGTMARE ON ELM STREET CAME TO MY BATHROOM

It can be a game changer if you know how to protect yourself from energetic attacks, where you feel drained or don’t know what’s going on.  

In this episode I will talk about what’s going on, when you suddenly out of the blue start to feel melancholy or heart pain in connection to a former loved one or someone else, who is sending you bad thoughts or feelings… what do you do then?  

It takes practice to remember, that we can control our vibration and we - as humans can, by being conscious – attract and manifest better things and a better life if we do take control of our own vibration. All it takes is you to remember that. And take control.  

The horror story in the bathroom, in this episode from my life, made me remember that I am all power and I can have control. But it did send shivers down my spine.  
I do have a saying in my life – so do YOU - and we don’t have to be victims. But it’s a choice…

#11 THE SMELLY DEAD MAND OPENED UP MY MIND

The story about the deceased smelly man in this episode, chased me away. And he turned up again in my bedroom later again.  

The para normal goes hand in hand with a self-discovery in this episode’s story - as an inspiration for you to broaden your mind and sense into that there are more realities than we know of and have been brought up to believe in.  

In Denmark we have an ‘unspoken’ law (janteloven) that holds us back as successful beings and activates a sense of shame and lessen one’s inner power and entrepreneur ship.
Proud beings that want to flaunt their success is not a persona we like to admire in this cold Scandinavian country.
No no no the jantelov states a worldview from the old world that you have to hold your cards of success close to your body and not flaunt it. An old socialistic understanding, that holds the individual back to prosper, to grow, to celebrate and to expand energetically.  

And again as in the other Sex'reality episodes, I will talk about the vagina because it IS about expanding and celebraging. Of course.
The vagina is the portal to self-healing and an entrance to visit other realms and states of mind. To grow and be more happy, satisfied, and curious about life.  

Don’t listen to the angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other shoulder…brush them off - listen to your vagina. She is ALIVE and she does NOT want to be closed up, and being shut up and ignored. Why is she being punished?

Let’s wake her up. Let’s wake up together.

#10 THE PUNISHED VAGINA

Why on earth do we punish ourselves and shut down the most precious part of us? The crown juvel… 

Are we so programmed to be asleep that we honestly believe this is a sustainable option to close down our sexuality and inner power, because we haven’t learnt that THE VAGINA’  - being our crown juvcel - is the entrance to being enlightened? To being happy and satisfied.  

In this episode I tell you a story from my life where I turned being a victim and lonely into being powerful and connected the essence of true power. How I thereafter felt stronger and never turned back to being a victim or disconnected to myself again, after I had this profound and real experience.

It was a magical moment and a meeting with another woman on a whole other level. It’s an episode of inspiration. I am not a guru or totally different from you. If I can harvest that power within – so, can you.

#9 THE BLUE ORB CRASHED THE PARTY

We again and again give up our powers to distractions. What is happening and WHY do we do that?

Why do we keep on forgetting that we are powerful beings.  

Loneliness sneaks into our lives in different shapes. Distractions is a dear friend to loneliness, and they often come hand in hand. The world is full of distractions, and it takes the power away from us in a way, where we often don’t know or recognize it as distractions.  

In this episode I was visited by a UAP (ufo) and my world was never the same again. Something happened within…A new timeline emerged.  

The blue orb came to my dance studio and manifested a very important message to me. A message to be shared. The blue orb was a flying living being and the message was not only for me to decipher and to keep for myself. It was and IS  a message for all of us.
