We talk about her unconventional volleyball start and what it is like playing for the Connetquot Girls Volleyball Dynasty. Kiarra has committed to play D1 volleyball for Iona College where she will be reunited with Connetquot Alumna Taylor Cole & Cassandra Patsos.

Today we talk with one of the most well known coaches on the Island, Coach Kropp. We talk about how he didn't start his volleyball career until his first year of college at New Paltz! We also talk about his playing career for the Empire State Games (The Empire State Games was Olympic Style competitions for amateur level athletes of many different ages). We then dive into Kropps coaching start with Sachem where he coached Sachem Legends Mathew DiStefano and Robert Reagan. For our 25th episode we have on Bay Shore Alum Mark Jensen. Mark was voted on our 2nd Team All Decade Boys Volleyball Team by some of the best coaches and player on Long Island. When he came back to the United States he founded the Northeast Volleyball Club and Professional Team. Garett shares stories of how he was able to prove everyone wrong through hard work and dedication.

On todays 20th episode of The Long Island Volleyball Podcast we have one fo the best volleyball players to come out of Long Island. Trey Cole will be playing college volleyball for one of the nations top ranked schools, Pepperdine University. Trey First made his start as a 9 year old playing with LIVBC 14s. Trey then started on Connetquot's Varsity team in 8th grade. Tune in to find out what Trey plans on doing after college volleyball.
