A petition to bring back the City of Perth Christmas Nativity Production has received more than 4000 signatures.

Cait Sfakianaks who started the petition says the production plays an integral part for the community.

Premier Mark McGowan announced WA will push back its planned move to Phase 5 COVID-19 restrictions. 

The new planned date for Phase Five is August 1 but that will be reassessed in two weeks.

From July 17 travelers returning to WA will also be required to pay for their own hotel quarantine.
