A new study that tracked 88,000 people’s sleeping schedule found that irregular sleepers are at greater risk of suffering dementia.

Monash University Associate Professor Matthew Pase told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons those with poor sleep regularity are 50% more likely to be diagnosed with dementia.
