Hello from Arkansas! Just ran into my 9th state today. My Achilles’ tendon was flaring up so I decided to walk for a little bit. Sometimes we need to give ourselves a break. I’ve learned that this week after my big run (27.4 miles) and then two days later having a day off. The rest and recovery helped me come back so much stronger and yesterday I crushed 20 miles. Life is a marathon, we can’t be sprinting the whole time!
