I am lucky enough to be joined by the great Darren Hanlon in this episode. We chatted for ages and he ended up doing the old turn the tables on the host thing, and got me to talk about myself (some more). Unfortunately I couldn't include all of our chat but I might include a bit more of it in an upcoming episode.

In this week's episode I talk about a state of mind that is more conducive to writing songs than running, and singer-songwriter and DADGAD guitar extraordinaire Neil Adam joins me to talk about guitar playing, songwriting, family bands and being my step dad.
