Have you ever wondered what force puts us together when we're all broken or confused? What are those "invisible" eyes looking out for us? Well, in my world, that's the "universe"! All of us know it, but on most occasions fall short of putting a definitive finger. Here are my two cents (with many interesting stories along the way).

As Rumi rightly said, "I closed my mouth and spoke to you in a hundred silent ways". My feelings for my dear departed friend is the same! There are no goodbyes, only a new beginning to connect in a different way! Beautiful memories forever etched in my heart...

The only way life teaches you pertinent lessons is by beating you up; by making you walk through fire. Do you get burnt or learn to become a diamond?

Every relationship, every possession in our life we are attached to - sometimes leads us to stifling feelings. Is there freedom in detachment? How about treating this as a thought to reflect on?

God walks us through life, so we believe! But who is this 'God'? Does it have a form, a face perhaps? If so, how many faces? How do we decipher who is better? A more benevolent, maybe? Our search can come to an end if we try and go beyond a form and find him/her/whoever everywhere. Is it not?

Where it is common for human beings to eat the flesh of other animals, there still exists a rare community - the aghoris - who follow a bizarre practice of consuming flesh of human corpses, especially those cremated according to Hindu funeral rites. These devout followers of Lord Shiva are convinced that the only road to the divine self is a complete renunciation of all normal human desires. Whoever thought that a brief sojourn among this community would change the course of my life thereon?

What if you were continuously in the company of unseen forces, guiding your every step, protecting you in vulnerable moments, lifting you up when you gave up on life, and always embracing you with love? But the means of communication was paranormal, i.e., not the way we know. Check out how my "companions" have guided me all through these years.
