We have been introduced to a Trinidad Sour and we're so happy about it. The time has come...this week we discuss Sara's all-time favorite film, Return of the King, as we talk about revolutionary visual and cinematic effects, the pristine story and depth of this film, what a movie going experience should be, and why we think the Academy has started to lose it's way in recent years. Trinidad Sour Recipe:

1.5 oz Angostura Bitters; 1 oz orgeat; 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice; .5 oz rye whiskey

Shake all ingredients together with ice for 20 seconds; double strain into your Nick & Nora glass.
