As we wrap up our series on Sabbath, let's look carefully at the life of Jesus. While it's tempting to think that Jesus's ministry took Jewish law in a different direction given how Christian worship, Jesus was actually the fulfillment of the kind of freedom that Jubilee never achieved. Jesus's own words resolve any doubts as to how important regular Sabbath is in daily living.
