God has made many promises to His people, and He has faithfully kept them all; like salvation and the power of His Word, but unfortunately we have not kept our part of the covenant relationship. We have not been as faithful as we ought to be. In fact we have turned against God and are trying to drive Him out of our society, which is an exercise in futility, for it will NEVER happen! Why can't we understand that Satan is a defeated foe, and all the flashy, false things he waves before our faces are just things that will drive us deeper into the mire than we already are. And that's Satan's avowed purpose; to turn us away from God. But we are the ones who suffer when we make that unwise decision. So please, let's make the wise decision to live for Christ, so that the hills and mountains, all the land will break forth in good harvest and sing and shout for joy. That's wisdom for the ages!
