Marion Barber III was on his way to becoming one of the best running backs in the NFL. However, his unfortunate history of injuries led him to early retirement. He played for two teams in his NFL career; the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears. He was one of the best running backs of the Dallas Cowboys prior to be traded. Marion would experience difficulty in life leading to mental evaluations. After his death, his family agreed not to send his brain for CTE research. A commitment they kept to Marion's wishes before he passed away. Rest In Peace Marion and condolences to his family.
