This episode was filmed week before last, after I had a very testing moment in my life experience, on my motherhood journey and just felt inspired to share a bit on the shadow side of this awakening process of coming into balance with the energies within one’s self.

This was impromptu — as I shared in the episode ... this wasn’t planned ... it was triggered by all the energy and happenings around me and the higher guidance within me ... so I obeyed and spoke... this is my perspective, not the full truth but I honor the validity and am open to others sharing how they feel about healing in the black community.
