Lana Del Rey or Elizabeth Grant was born on June 21st, 1985 in Manhattan, New York. along with a brother and a sister. She began writing music around 18 years old and attended Fordham University. Lana Del Rey became the most popular in between 2010 to 2014, when she released some of her fan-favorite albums such as Sirens and Born to Die, she was labeled as the queen of mid-2000’s alternative and indie music. in 2011 with the viral success of her single "Video Games''; she subsequently signed a recording contract with Polydor and Interscope. She became big on Myspace and Tumblr at the time, being used and shared to those emo-styled accounts with american horror story and gossip girl edits. Now, You can Find Lana’s music everywhere you listen around the country and even globe, On tiktok and Instagram at every moment of teenage angst. Lana Del Rey is now currently working on personal projects and has left social media.
