They say, "the only thing constant is change." But, how do we operate a world filled with consistent change that never seems to end? How do we lead ourselves and sometimes, a team of people or organization through change? We must foster change champions, become change leaders ourselves and continue to find resilience while acknowledging, change is often immensely uncomfortable.
