Goalkeeping has changed, and at the forefront of that change is Steve Williams, Louth's new goalkeeping coach.

Steve has a wealth of experience, be it 20 years of playing to a successful switch to a coaching career which has seen him with Ireland recently. We touch on that in the pod but I am basically picking his brain on the evolution of GAA goalkeeping.

Steve an honorary Louth man at this stage also lets us know how he came to work with Louth, insights into the current set up and his own, very brief GAA career in Coventry.
