2026 is a year of power, creativity, courage, movement and fire. While it is a 1 year in numerology, it’s so much more than just another “fresh start”.

2026 is the kind of new beginning that comes after burning down the old. Instead of casually going into the new year hoping for the best, you’re like a phoenix rising from the ashes of your old life — in your power, ready to recreate and rewire your entire reality.

It’s the year where you rise from everything you’ve moved through in recent years with a renewed sense of clarity, courage and self-trust, ready to recreate your life from a more aligned and empowered place.

I’m so happy to be back with a long overdue episode, and not just any episode — the very final one for 2025!

In today’s episode, we’re looking back on 2025: a deeply transformative year that’s been all about metamorphosis (the energetic theme I channeled for the year), what the true purpose of 2025 was, how the energies may have impacted you, plus the collective predictions I made for the year.

2025 has been a year of endings, completions and closing out cycles your soul is ready to release. It’s been about the transformations that needed to happen so you can step into a new energetic identity and life. In essence, 2025 has been preparing you for your aligned new beginning, by helping you cleanse, clear and release anything that stands in the way of that new beginning. 

But for most of the year, you probably didn’t even realise it was happening.

So with 2025 nearly over, my intention with this episode is to help you reflect on the learnings, shifts and changes that have happened this year, and what new beginning your own transformation has been preparing you for. I’m also sharing two supportive resources you can work with during this final week of the year, to help you integrate the changes you’ve made and gently prepare your energy for 2026.

In today’s episode, which is part II of my mid-year energy update, I’m sharing the channeled energies for July.

July is here and it brings a powerful blend of transformative energies with it. This month, we’re standing on an important threshold as we’re transitioning from the old paradigm and way of being, into the new, higher timeline and reality.

The big focus for this 2-part episode is June & July energies, the energy that we’ve moved through and what we can expect in the months to come. March is a month of powerful, intense, and constantly changing energies. The first months of the year have been reasonably steady, but now in March is when we're really going to see the energy of metamorphosis, the key theme for 2025, begin.

This month’s powerful energetic conditions could trigger anything from conflicts to collapses, big revelations and large scale illusions dissolving, and the start of global shifts that could change the course of history forever. 

However — there is also another, very different energy rising in March.
