I recently (and I mean yesterday) made it known to all of you that I'm back in AA, revealing that I've been dealing with this struggle pretty silently for a while now. Your overwhelming love and support (and lots and lots of shock ad questions) lead me to give you the "Why AA?" 

So here's my reasoning, and a little bit of the back story on what sent me there. 

You can choose to get help at ANY time. 

If you don't know where to start, I suggest downloading the "Meeting Guide" app to find your closest and quickest Alcoholics Anonymous meetings. 

I spent a few weeks really looking into the psychological reasons why we lie... and at the last minute I scrapped all the research and went for Story Time on this one! We ALL lie, it's human. So listen in, and join me, you F'n liar :-)
