After completing her Master of Healthcare Administration at the University of Florida, Misa started her healthcare career at Mayo Clinic where she was accepted into a strategy and operations fellowship program. She subsequently remained at the non-profit health system as an internal consultant where she worked on quality improvement and strategic shared-services programs. She then transitioned to CVS Health to more directly focus her passion for healthcare delivery, specifically within the digital and technology enablement space. During her time at CVS Health – the only healthcare-focused company in the Fortune 5 – she worked within and supported various digital and business verticals including retail health, pharmacy, insurance, and PBMs. She currently works as the director of Virtual Care Product Strategy and Development, with a specific emphasis on future-focused opportunities in healthcare delivery and technology.
