His Royal Highness, Richard Apire, the 26th King of his Acholi clan in Northern Uganda has been a friend for over 20 years. We recently had the chance to catch up and reflect on what has been going on in Uganda, his hopes for the country, and the university Love Does is hoping to begin building.
