Roxy Tines is the Chapter Director of Safe Families for Children Northern Colorado, a nonprofit that surrounds families in crisis with caring support networks. She previously worked for Larimer County Child Protection for eight years, where she saw the need for preventative intervention and relational support. Her leadership is driven by faith, empathy, and a lifelong passion for helping families thrive before they fall into crisis.

Kevin Unger is the President and CEO of the North Market for UCHealth. A Fort Collins native, he was born at Poudre Valley Hospital—one of the hospitals he now leads. Unger holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change from CSU and has overseen transformational growth at UCHealth, guiding innovation in access, technology, and community care. His leadership emphasizes team collaboration, community impact, and evolving healthcare to meet the needs of Northern Colorado.

Jeff Swoboda is the Chief of Police for Fort Collins Police Services, where he leads efforts to build safety through community collaboration and proactive service. Before moving to Fort Collins in 2018, he served for 28 years in Elgin, Illinois, including eight years as Chief of Police. His approach to policing is rooted in servant leadership and early life experiences that showed him the impact an officer can make during moments of crisis. Seth Forwood is the Director of the Fort Collins Rescue Mission. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit service, Seth began his career at Harvest Farm, a long-term residential rehabilitation program. He holds a philosophy degree from Colorado State University and combines his personal journey of grief, faith, and healing to lead with compassion and innovation. Through his leadership, Fort Collins is on the cusp of opening a groundbreaking Homeless Resolution Center that blends trauma-informed design with comprehensive care.

Jeni Arndt is the Mayor of Fort Collins, Colorado, where she leads with a heart for service and community connection. A lifelong learner, Jeni holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction and two master’s degrees. She’s also a former Peace Corps volunteer who lived and worked in Morocco and Mozambique before returning to serve her hometown. With a background in special education, international development, and public policy, she brings a global perspective to local leadership.

Johnny Square is the Chaplain for Colorado State University Athletics and a respected pastor in Fort Collins. A standout running back from Houston, Texas, Johnny turned down offers from powerhouse football programs to attend CSU—a decision inspired by his mother’s belief in the city’s potential. After a short stint with the Minnesota Vikings, he redirected his life toward ministry, eventually becoming a community leader, youth pastor, and founder of Iasis, a church movement focused on city impact. Today, Johnny continues to serve the Fort Collins community through spiritual leadership, mentorship, and campus ministry.

Ann Hutchison is the President & CEO of the Fort Collins Area Chamber of Commerce. Born in Fort Collins, Ann earned her B.A. in Speech Communication/Journalism and Mass Communications from UNC and began her career in Kansas before returning to Fort Collins in 2003.

Throughout her Chamber career, Ann has overseen communications, events, the Talent Initiative, and Leadership Fort Collins while advancing business-friendly policy and community building.

Ann lives in Fort Collins and is an avid supporter of the local Colorado State University sports teams and a variety of other educational and community initiatives.
