From a humble home-based business, husband-wife duo Tan Sook Fern and Khoo Hao Ting grew their business Hakka Leipopo, owing to their love for Hakka Leicha, or Thunder Tea Rice. The brand now has three outlets to its name, and they were also recently awarded the Enterprising Hawker Award at the Singapore Hawkers’ Awards 2024.
