Today I am speaking to a beautiful friend of mine called Bekka. She is an amazing online nutrition and training coach who empowers women to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Bekka approaches these lifestyle changes in such an amazingly holistic way so that women not only walk away with the external goal of looking good, but also feel good on the inside as she educates her clients with means to master their mindset too. Bekka is the kind of gal I LOVE to follow on IG. She keeps it so real and courageously speaks openly about her struggles with her own mindset and body image in order to help others.
