Peter Parker is an author and critic, perhaps best known known for his biographies of A E Housman and Christopher Isherwood. 2024 saw the publication of the second volume of Some Men in London, Queer Life 1060-1967. In this episode he discusses the moral panic in England post World War II, the Wolfenden Committee and the partial legalisation of homosexuality.
