The Love Hunter

I'm celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary, and having a great time doing it in the beautiful Unico Resort in Mexico. Not everyone here is married, a lot of us are having a great time and you should too. It's time to get away, it's time to refresh, it's time to revitalize and balance your body. Going in vacation is so essential to productivity. This is one of the things that will help you recharge and get a new perspective on the things that you love so much.

Why do people quit jobs, teams, organizations and groups??? There's also the popular phrase, that people don't quit jobs they quit managers. So I chose to explore that a little bit, using the tools and abilities that are available to us. Which also includes people stepping into and currently in management. Please join me in this journey to find out why people leave teams, leave jobs, and force themselves into early retirement.

Such an amazing show, with so much controversy!!!! Long live Ned and Rob Stark... It hurt me so bad to see them go. So let's not dwell in the past or a crazy ending (unless you want to go Sandor Cligane on me). People are still hurt by the ending, but I'm still happy and impressed with the show. For some odd reason the valleys and mountains of depression go completely ignored. Only until an untimely death, suicide. We see that we lost a very great and valuable person. We need to encourage one another better, check in on each other better. We need a better awareness of what everyone is doing. That only happens with love, encouragement, and caring about those around us. We have a great power within each and every one of us. Common sense is that power, and only you and I are built to help one another. So seek out help, enjoy many social gatherings, family, get-togethers, and make sure your friends know you love them.

Are you constantly upset because someone is receiving great things you don't think they deserve? Focus on acquiring the best life for you.

Interracial Relationships may be as old as our civilizations. We can't think that our Black and White Americans are the only people that have swam in this conversation. There's controversy, truth, stereotypes and problems within every village. So of course, all of these things multiply when we consider leaving the village for love. Pain, doubt and fear seem to run together, almost as an exclusive package for all of us. I have seen this far too long, and wanted to break down how each affect one another. The pain may be physical mental, or emotional. Then works its way into doubt, that steals, and robs us of joy and things that we should have in the future before we have a chance to reach them. The fear is the final concrete that solidifies the memory of the pain, and the doubt that has walls us in, traps and tortureds us continuously. We have to break those walls of torture doubt, and turn that pain into a lesson. A lesson of wisdom.
