The "Safe Place" is defined as a spiritual "tabernacle" or "bubble" of divine presence. It is a state of being "under the shadow of the Almighty" where a believer remains untouched by external calamity. Based on Psalm 27:5, God hides His people in His dwelling during the "day of trouble," meaning you can be near trouble without being in it.

The teaching centers on the Pastor’s personal experience of a devastating car accident where the vehicle was completely demolished. Despite being knocked unconscious by the impact, the Pastor felt only supernatural happiness and peace during the event. The Pastor awoke in the hospital with no broken bones, testifying that the "Safe Place" physically preserved his body. This experience proves the human spirit remains active; even while the Pastor was unconscious, his spirit continued to pray in tongues.

Referencing Psalm 17:8, the teaching explains that God keeps the believer as the "apple of His eye." This signifies that God’s focus is so close and constant that He never loses sight of the believer, even for a second.

• Prioritizing Love: Divine rescue is promised to those who set their love and focus entirely on God (Psalm 91).
• The Power of Praise: In the midst of trouble, the strategy is to offer "sacrifices of joy" and praise before the deliverance is even visible.
• Rejecting Fear: Fear acts as a door that moves a person out of the spiritual shelter. Believers must actively rebuke fear and trauma to remain in peace.
• The "Tunnel" of Patience: Trials are described as a "tunnel." The goal is to walk through with patience and joy until reaching the "bend" where the breakthrough occurs.

• The teaching suggests that physical ailments, such as back pain or tension, are often rooted in spiritual issues like bitterness or irritability.
• Releasing these negative emotions and forgiving enemies allows for physical healing and keeps the "Safe Place" secure.

The Word of God establishes that there is a literal Safe Place in the Lord (Psalm 34 and 91) where the "evil one touches you not." This is a spiritual environment of peace and joy that God takes His people into during calamities, tragedies, and destruction. As confirmed in Psalm 34:7, the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, providing literal delivery from all troubles.

The Pastor recounts a catastrophic car accident where he was struck by a driver who ran a red light. The moment the collision began, the Pastor was instantly taken into a "peaceful, joyful, happy place" in the spirit. Though the vehicle was demolished and it took rescue crews 20 minutes to cut him out, the Pastor emerged with no broken bones and no internal injuries. This reality proves that the human spirit stays active; while the Pastor was physically unconscious, his spirit was praying in tongues within the Safe Place.

• Reverence and Honor: The Safe Place is accessible to those who walk in the "fear of the Lord," which means living in deep reverence, respect, and obedience to His Word.
• Setting Love on God: Protection is a covenant response. Psalm 91:14 states, "Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him." This means making God the absolute first love above any person or thing.
• Rejecting Fear: The enemy attacks through fear. Believers are instructed to rebuke the "trauma of fear" and refuse to let the heart be troubled, even after a crisis.
• The Power of Boasting in God: A key to staying in the Safe Place is to "extol the Lord at all times" and boast of His faithfulness, which silences the enemy.

The message links spiritual protection to financial faithfulness. Malachi 3:10-11 is a covenant promise where God vows to "rebuke the devourer" for those who honor Him with the whole tithe and offering. By putting God first in giving, the believer invites God to protect every area of life—spiritually, mentally, and physically. The ultimate purpose is for all nations to see the believer as "blessed."
