Here is part 2 of 3 in my series on the 3D matrix and how to escape.

In part 2 I go into how to control your energy and shift your frequency to higher than the matrix using affirmation programs. The inverted 3D matrix operates within the energetic boundaries of lower level emotional frequencies such as guilt, fear, shame, despair, etc. Most people live in the energy of these emotions and their lives are a reflection of this. Additionally, these energetic states draw traumatic events into your reality and cause you to sink deeper into despair and suffering. Many people within the matrix have become fractured from these experiences and they are incapable of connecting with their true self due to the trauma and soul loss. Fortunately there is a way out and if you do the energy work I recommend, you can raise yourself up to a higher timeline where things become easier for you and you will no longer be drawn to or draw to you lower frequency experiences or get caught up in major matrix events. Hello Beautiful People! We're here with Part 4 of our spiritual journey where I'm sharing my twin flame awakening experience and how it ties into manifestation and reality creation.

My apologies because I was a bit all over the place with my timelines in this episode but I hope you were still able to follow along and get some value from my story.

My belief is that a twin flame awakening is just one of many ways in which we can have a spiritual awakening but it is a particularly powerful path that many people can also find themselves getting stuck in. I am grateful because I've been able to navigate my way out of the worst of my awakening and am looking forward to the more positive aspects of my journey.
