Full transparency, I am lovingly challenging myself to share this one. It's super raw and emotional, as I was processing my life in real-time.
The Loving Challenger podcast is a record of my life, and I'm proud of even the tough moments. And, sharing myself as I am, is my medicine.
At the time of recording this I was navigating my first two weeks living on my own, with Marty out of the country for work, cleaning out the old apartment, my kids were sick, and then adjusting to a new school...add on top of that a very protective dog that goes crazy when anyone comes into the house. I hit max capacity of my nervous system.
Please know, I'm totally good...better than good now. No need to check on me. Just witness me in a vulnerable state and let it give you permission to do the same...to be raw and vulnerable with yourself, to let out your emotions and show up as a present partner with yourself. Be a loving witness of yourself in the up and down moments, equally.
At the end I share an invite to participate in sharing circles. I believe that sharing is healing...when done in a safe container. It's my desire to create these container for as many people as possible. If you are interested in participating, please set up a FREE 20 minute call with me and we'll take it from there.
Sending you all love and trusting you are exactly where you are meant to be at this moment in time...and it will change again, as it always does.

Learn how to step out of drama, and truly empower yourself, using Karpman's Drama Triangle Framework.
From victim to creator, persecutor to challenger and hero to coach...there is always a way to transform powerlessness into empowerment.
I have used this tool almost every day since I learned it, and my clients end up saying the same thing. It does take a while to master the role switches, so feel free to reach out for additional support!

"I started working with Megan a couple of months ago with the initial intention of wanting guidance, coaching, and support as I seek to start my own business. Shortly after, I joined the Loving Challengers women’s group and these two offerings combined have given me more than I ever knew I needed. Through 1:1 coaching, I am gaining valuable and embodied insights to trust myself and take the steps necessary to start my own business, but even more to create a more liberated life. The group is a container that helps me feel deeply seen and held and brave. The two combined are allowing me to take risks, trust my intuition, and know in my bones that the life I want to create is possible." - Alice K.
If you do not make room in yourself or your relationships for "no", you can't trust the "yes" to be authentic.
Are you listening to your "no" or are you running over it? How can you make room and listen to your "no"...and then speak it?
