The Dallas Mavericks enter their First-Round series against the Utah Jazz down their most lethal weapon. The calf strain that Luka Doncic suffered in the last game of the season did indeed hold him out of game 1. There is no confirmation yet but Luka is likely to be out of game 2 as well so the question is, do we feel better about our chances of winning without Luka after this game?

For the Mavs to even be competitive, multiple Mavs needed to have the best playoff games of their lives. We got this from a few guys, we had a few others perform to their averages and a couple who were slightly below their averages but regardless it wasn't enough.
