So this past weekend, the Grammys took place. Sure there were a lot of viral moments like Kanye's wife stripping on the red carpet, or Beyonce winning country album of the year (she didn't deserve it btw), or Jaden Smith wearing a house on his head at the red carpet, Alicia Keys saying DEI is a gift, or even Chappell Roan! (we like her btw). The point is, these celebrities are not real people and they have no right to lecture normal working-class people on how to live their lives like they do every year! So we talked about this a lot on this episode. Additionally, we talked about Stephen A. It’s official. Donald Trump has just been inaugurated as the 47th president of the United States! We are ecstatic. We talked about this a lot on this episode. Another week in the new cycle, and another podcast episode. This episode, I discussed whether or not TikTok will be banned in the United States after months and months of government pressure on the company bytedance to sell the company. I then spoke about a Hollywood actor crying about systemic racism and saying that he’s broke despite being worth $2 million. Additionally, I talked about Bill Burr criticizing people online, who said that the Los Angeles wildfires were mismanaged And talked about the backlash. Another episode of Luke Pipala show, and this one was very sad. We covered the deadly California wildfires and different celebrities takes on them. We also threw multiple shots at California’s governor Gavin Newsom for his actions during this awful time, including catching him faking a phone call with the president to get out of a conflict where a resident was questioning him about his leadership. Additionally, we covered people like Bill Maher, who wanted to see Gavin Newsome run for president before this whole thing. We then talked about State Farm and how they had to move out of California and lots of people lost their insurance before the fires.
