In this episode we learn about natural learning also know as unschooling with author, Sandra Dodd. Natural learning helps us have better, more relaxed relationships with our families. Unlike other styles of schooling which focus education to a specific curricular or series of tests, natural learning makes us understand that "Everything Counts." We can learn anytime, any place, and from every situation.
Sandra Dodd lives with her husband Keith, in Albuquerque. A former public school teacher, she gave each of her three children the option to opt out of school and stay home, and over a five-year window, each chose home. Sandra has been helping others understand unschooling since then. She has stayed with unschooling families in eight countries, spoken at both small and large events, and has written two books.

After more than twenty years of homeschooling, Durenda knows that home educating is an incredible blessing—but only if you don't let it hold you hostage to unnecessary expectations and notions of what it "should" look like. Quotes:
"Our goal really isn't for them to do the project that we have our system. Our goal is that they start to become creative, that they start to do a bunch of different projects that are outside the actual system. Start actually doing things that maybe could be real-world, life-changing type of robots that are not in our system. That is truly the kind of things we are looking for."
