Stacey is first and foremost a wife and mother of 3. Although being a mother has been more challenging than she ever imagined, she finds far more reward, beauty and joy through it than she ever thought possible. She is grateful for the experience and opportunity to rise to the challenge and become the mother her children need her to be; to teach them, guide them and instill in them the confidence they need to successfully fulfill their missions and purposes. She is passionate about freedom and as she's discovered that passion, she's been led to many seemingly unrelated areas of focus - homeschooling, specifically leadership education, a traditional, real food diet, energy healing work, entrepreneurship, agriculture, abundance and empowerment mindsets - which all have the underlying theme of personal accountability and freedom.

Initiate gratitude
Powering up with Gratitufuel
"It was through that process that I created what became the formula for the book, what became some of the terms that I coin in the book, and what became the biggest single life changing trajectory thing ever. Which is that gratitude is something that you DO, not something you feel."
"By feeling active gratitude inside life's frustration, your entire life can change."
"When I had to realize that the only way I could heal, and the only way I could become someone and something new was to take accountability for what it was that I'd done that led me to that moment in time."
"If there is already stuff that is going well in our life and we are thankful for it, that is good. But how much more powerful is it when we can become thankful for the things that are frustrating or bad. The only way that works, is that we have to become active to the process."
"There is just so many things that you can just shift your mind into acknowledge that life looks completely different."
"Mentorship is vital for all of us and that we don't have to focus on who the mentor is, we simply have to focus on what we need to be mentored on."

Quotes from the podcast: "It really is about conditioning ourselves to say, "let's check in with our conscience creation." To follow intuition we actually have to live in the belief of the present or the future not the past. Tied into that word "BELIEFS", there are LIES within some of our beliefs. This is really revolutionary when people start to control and identify their main limiting beliefs, they can change anything! They really become limitless to their potential!" "So when the star appears or you're presented an opportunity through anything. You think, 'Oh I'm poor, I can't do that, I'm unworthy.' Whatever those core beliefs were." "We have the Wiseman education, and what we are preparing our kids to do is have the wealth, the health, the power, and connection to follow their star." "That paradigm, I'm open for it to change a lot more! It has changed so much already and I look excitedly to the next tens year, it is fascinating that we can live in that energy." "I'm choosing into living in my abundance and possibilities and I'm more than enough right now at this moment." "Allow yourself to explore the possibilities. If there is a thought that comes up, just question those thoughts."We invited Diana Zaheer to join us again to discuss "The Critical Voice" We spent a majority of our time talking about her favorite healing room - Critical Voice. We felt that maybe homeschooling parents in particular MAY struggle with this more due to social pressures we feel in addition to family upbringing. We ask questions like - What is a Critical voice and how do we recognize it? Who has a critical voice? Is a critical voice necessary? How do I quiet my critical voice? Diana gives us tools and resources to acknowledge and hopefully see the positive in the critical voice and then speak more loving to ourselves and each other.

Quotes: "If you or I were to go down to the mall near our house and we had a little machine that could listen inside people's heads, pretty much every single person in that mall could be heard giving themselves a hard time."
"This voice comes up in all of us when we are afraid, or we don't know what to do, or we are confused, or we are overwhelmed because the other parts of us aren't responding as quickly as the critical voice."
"Often the critical voice will come in and judge even our decision to be a homeschooling parent because people in conventional schooling environments or our own family may not understand. So I may even have a judgement that there is something wrong with me for even wanting to homeschool my kids."
"I may hear external judgement from people which triggers my own internalized judgment of doubt."
"What if that thing they are saying to themselves or that comment that is swirling around their head. What if we pause and consider that's not true."
"There is so much love from generation to generation, that does get obscured because we are humans, on a journey, on a planet where we are learning. It is not a perfect planet. There is a lot of wacky things that happens here, but there is also a lot of love."
"I love how Maya Angelou always talked about, "if we knew better, we'd do better" because that is what humans do. We learn and then we apply it, we grow and everybody gets blessed."
"Even though it feels absolutely real and we believe it down to our toes. Any judgement we have about ourselves or another person is not the deepest truth."

Quotes: "Even when I worked in the school and I saw these kids with learning differences and realizing, the kids are fine. It is this mandatory box that we have to fit them in, that is what is messed up!"
"We need creative problem-solvers, we do not people that can follow blindly and be obedient. We need people that move beyond a dualistic thinking of this is right or this is wrong...We need thinkers that are able to look at something and see new connections that wasn't there before."
"A TEDtalk entitled, "Schools Kill Creativity" and that gets right at the heart of a my conviction that we need free range education. Kids need to understand that schooling is much more comprehensive than going to a government building and sitting their butt in a chair for eight hours a day."

Quotes: "For me the constitution is layer on top of these principles, is not a principle unto itself...especially when you're going to tackle something that big and boil it down for small children, you are going to leave some essential stuff out." "I think it is the school system that really hampers, impedes and in many ways completely eliminates that natural desire of curiosity and needs to be rehabilitated for adults later in life and maybe some never get that back."

Quotes:
"We got really good at measuring and putting standards around what it is that kids are learning and how to prove that are learning. What we are finding is that they are learning but it didn't make them any more prepared to be an adult."
"Kids are actually solving problems that are real! They are not imagined or created for the classroom, they are not this idea that childhood is the blessed place where children aren't part of the adult life. Children have the ability to contribute and sometimes OUT THINK adults in their ability to solve authentic problems."
"Education should be teaching children to grow up and solve the world's problems."
"It is not about modifying what we are doing, it is about revolutionizing what we are doing. It is changing completely the "WHAT" we teach to prepare children to be valuable contributors to today's world."
"To say that every child born on planet earth should be compared to every other child for the normal verses abnormal child. It is the whole developmental paradigm that is part of the problem."
"With choice and opportunity in the learning environment, kids tinker on the things they are interested in and that becomes your strength."
"Education was always supposed to raise children to happy, healthy, functioning adults."
